Like the Highland neighborhood we call home, Sushi Hai is refined, with a funky bite to its elegance. Modern with a Japanese flair, and filled with exceptional art created in the neighborhood, the restaurant can seat up to 175 people - and every table feels special. We also offer three private Tatami Rooms, which accommodate 8 to 12 diners in traditional Japanese floor-seating.

Our late dinner hours in the Hai Bar make us the perfect place to have dinner - or just grab a drink - after gallery-shopping in the nearby Highlands Art District or taking in a show.

Reservation Policy
We gladly accept reservations of up to 8 people in the restaurant Sunday through Thursday. However we will only take reservations of parties of 4 to 8 people on Fridays and Saturdays. We are no longer accepting reservations placed less than 8 hours upon arriving. Please be sure to make your reservations early in the day or the night before. If you are arriving with a big party without reservations we will try our best to accommodate you. We will no longer seat incomplete parties larger than 4 people. We will hold your table for 20 minutes only after your scheduled reservation time. For private rooms, Hai Bar parties, or parties larger than 15 people, please be sure to consult with a manager for details on an appropriate seating arrangement by calling 720-855-0888 Monday Thru Saturday, 11am to 4pm, or by email at booking@sushihai.com.
